If you have to cancel
If you have to cancel it is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend, but you must inform Izabela Janecka in writing of this change prior to the event.

First Conferences will provide a full refund for cancellations received in writing before January 31st, 2006. For cancellations received after January 31st, 2006 you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another First Conferences conference for up to one year from the date of issuance. In the event that First Conferences cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be refunded in full. In the event that First Conferences postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be refunded or credited towards the rescheduled date.

Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, First Conferences reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your registration.

Method of Payment
In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all queues are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd prior to the event. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.

Conference Presentations
eyefortransport will provide conference presentations to download from the website after the event. However, although we do our best to guarantee the timely delivery of all conference materials, there may be difficulties beyond our control from time to time which may prevent us from meeting this guarantee
